We have decided to schedule this maintenance a day earlier than initially communicated, to minimize impact to the Recorded Future user community. The new maintenance window is Sunday, May 31st from 3am - 7am EDT.

Dear Client,

From the hours of 3 to 7 am EDT on June 1st, we will be upgrading our search and analytics engine in the Recorded Future platform to improve overall performance.

Although we don't expect downtime for the full four hour window, there may be small pockets of downtime within our user interface (~30 minutes), and analysis processing (~2 hours). The latter may result in delayed alerts, delayed references, and slower list imports during the window.
