Dear Client,

We recently updated our alert infrastructure to improve email delivery. As part of that update, the email address that alerts come from has changed from alert+enterprise@recordedfuture.com to alert@recordedfuture.com. There was no downtime due to this change.

We recommend whitelisting that email address, and updating any processes that may sort or filter alert emails based on the sender address.
