Dear Customer,

We had an outage earlier today - July 26th - with our queuing system between 5.45 AM EST to 6.15 AM EST. This resulted in email alerts set to a daily frequency not being sent during this timeframe.

The system was back to normal at 6.15 AM EST. Please reach out to support@recordedfuture.com if you have any questions or concerns about specific alerts. We apologize for the outage and are taking steps to improve monitoring that will mitigate the impact of a similar impact in the future.
